Ed White Tribute Lot: Two Vintage Original Official NASA Photos of White's Historic Space Walk Plus Two Samples from "The White Room" (1930-1967) Two vintage original official NASA photos of Ed White's historic space walk during Gemini IV, the first American astronaut to do so. Photo One, while not printed with the red serial number is indeed from that first generation printing and is likely the most iconic image of the mission. Photo Two, is an original litho printing also from 1965. Both in excellent condition. Also included is actual sections of the flooring of the White Room floor from Launch Pad 19. The White Room structure was at the top of the gantry that surrounded the Gemini spacecraft which gave workers access to key components of the spacecraft and obviously access for the astronauts.
