Group of fifteen letters, in French except for his mother's (in Italian), most a single page, quarto or small quarto, and all are in fine condition. Maria Letitia Buonaparte (1750-1836) Napoleon's mother. ALS, Paris,1801, to Mr. Rollier, regarding money that was sent to her, and other financial information.Joseph Bonaparte (1780-1825), older brother, king of Naples and Sicily (1806-08) and king of Spain (1808-13). ALS as king of Spain, Madrid, April 23, 1809, to Archchancellor Cambacérès saying military operations are going well but he has no news of Portugal. Julie Clary (1771-1845), wife and queen consort of Joseph. Letter signed, Paris, Oct. 12, 1802, to the ambassador at Constantinople. Louis Bonaparte (1778-1846), younger brother to Napoleon, king of Holland (1806-10) and father to the future Napoleon III. LS as king of Holland, June 16, 1809, mentioning supporting the sacrifices caused by the present war and doing more to second the views of "the Emperor, my Brother." Hortense de Beauharnais (1783-1837), stepdaughter of Napoleon, wife and queen corsort of his brother Louis, and mother of the future Napoleon III. Letter signed, Arenenberg [Switzerland], Feb. 7, 1834. To M. Snell regarding his handling of her personal affairs. Pauline Bonaparte (1780-1825), sister of Napoleon, princess of Guastalia; the only sibling to move to Elba with Napoleon and help support him. ALS regarding a portrait of herself she wants brought to her as soon as possible. Camillo Filipo Luigi Borghese, 2nd husband of Pauline, Letter signed, Turin, Feb. 28, 1813, to the duc de Feltre, minister of war, regarding promotions. [see Pauline's 1st husband Gen. Charles Leclerc in French Army/Navy lot]. Lucien Bonaparte (1775-1840), younger brother of Napoleon. Letter signed as minister of the interior, on official letterhead, Paris, 24 fructidor, year 8 of the French Republic (Sept. 11, 1800), to Citizen Neveu, exhorting him to continue the work which Lucien has approved. Alexandrine de Bleschamp Bonaparte (1778-1855), 2nd wife of Lucien; they had nine children. Letter signed as Princess of Canino and a widow, Paris, Oct. 18, n.y. (c. 1840s), to the Count of Lemeur. Elisa Bonaparte (1777-1820), sister of Napoleon. Document signed as Grand Duchess of Tuscany and Princess of Lucca and Piombino, Compiègne, Apr. 14, 1810, issuing some orders and decrees.Felix Baciocchi (1762-1841), general and husband of Elisa. LS, n.p., 24 brumaire (Nov. 14), n.y., to Capt Soller, regarding replacing a musician and continuing to care for the others. Caroline (1782-1839), sister of Napoleon, wife of French Marshal Joachim Murat [see his letter in French Marshal lot], and queen of Naples. ALS, 3pp, Florence, Apr. 2, 1833, to Baron Gérard. Jerome (1784-1860), youngest brother of Napoleon, king of Westphalia. ALS, Florence, June 15, 1843. Telling "my dear Mary" that Mr. Alexandre Dumas is bringing her a small souvenir from him. Federica Catherine Sophia, Princess of Wùrttemberg (1783-1835), wife of Jerome, queen consort of Westphalia. ALS, Compiègne, Feb. 11, 1814, to her brother-in-law, Felix Baciocchi, with New Year's greetings and hoping the year will bring peace and tranquility. Eugène de Beauharnais (1781-1824) son of Josephine, adopted by Napoleon; he commanded the Army of Italy and was Viceroy of Italy under Napoleon.
