In part: "I am returning the bill of the revenue of the Public Treasury for the last eight months of 1806. It is my intention that you consider it with the memorandum you gave me yesterday and that you add to it the status as of the first of April that encompasses the bills to be paid and the credits you need to collect. I believe then that this report should be for nine months….this should give me an idea of the condition of my affairs…" Fine condition. Estimated Value $1,500 - UP
