Coca-Cola: The Rarest Serving Tray, "Specific For Headache, Drink The Ideal Brain Tonic" ca. 1896 in Brass. One of the true "holy grails" for collectors of Coca-Cola, "The Ideal Brain Tonic" brass serving plate. Atop in raised letters the tray reads "Specific For Headache Drink The Ideal Brain Tonic" with the lower half of tray also in raised letters proclaim "Delicious, Refreshing Exhilarating". Recessed in the center of tray is the Coca-Cola logo with scattered remnants of the original red enamel that decorated the piece. Tray certainly exhibits wear as evident in photos; oxidation, warping, dings and enamel loss. Nevertheless an extraordinarily rare antique Coca-Cola tray, experts reporting less than five are known to exist. 10¼" in diameter with this very piece featured in Petretti's Coca-Cola Price Guide 12th Edition.
