Rabinovitch, Isaac. "Costume Designs for Two Characters". (1894-1961) Russian Federation Jewish artist whose work in modernist costume designs in the early 20th Century are highly prized. Two gouache on paper designs are absolutely beautiful and in remarkable condition. Each measure 23 x 15", rich earth tone colors, signed by the artist and dated 1919. The paper has minimum overall toning and paper remains supple after 100 years. Wonderful examples of this artist/designer's work and again both in excellent condition. Estimated Value $900 - UP
