Collection of 101 Signed Photographs by a Diverse Group of Athletes, Mostly Baseball and Basketball: Mantle, Abdul Jabbar, Johnson, Berra. Two notebooks of signed photographs by a most devoted sports fan who enjoyed baseball, basketball, football, boxing, stock car racing and more. Collection numbers 101 signed pieces. A great many of the autographs appear to have been obtained in person given the length of many of the inscriptions. Three of the better pieces have been authenticated by James Spence Authentication. 1.) Mickey Mantle, an excellent, signed color 8 x 10" photo in Yankee uniform. 2.) Two different signed photos by Kareem Abdul Jabbar signed as "Abdul Jabbar" one when playing with the Milwaukee Bucks the other with the LA Lakers.

Basketball: a signed title page affixed to the dust jacket from "Black Profiles in Courage" his acclaimed book on courageous black men and women published in 1996, two inscribed and signed Magic Johnson, 1970s Pat Riley Lakers, Twirlee De-Lite and Roy Zazu Byrd of Harlem Globe-Trotters, Elden Campbell, Ken Norman, Michael Cooper as player and another as coach, James Worthy. Rick Barry, and 1950s vintage original signed photos of New York Knicks players by Mel Hutchins, Art Spoelstra, Frank Selvy, and Atlanta Hawks players Al Ferarri and Jack McMahon.
Football: Bart Starr and Jim Taylor on same color Green Bay Packers photo, Joe Namath, Larry Csonka, Fran Tarkenton, Lester Hayes, UCLA Coach Bob Toledo, Nick Bell x 3 and Greg Bell.
