Sandy Koufax Signed LA Dodgers Baseball Jersey Embroidered with Career Achievements, Cooperstown Collection Edition 2/10 (1935) Sanford "Sandy" Koufax, beloved left-handed pitcher who pitched 12 seasons for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers from 1955 to 1966. Koufax, at age 36 in 1972, became the youngest player ever elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame and the first to win three Cy Young Awards. Koufax is also well remembered as one of the outstanding Jewish athletes of all time in American sports. Extremely limited edition of only 2/10 with Koufax signing in blue Sharpie above his career achievements.
