MAD Magazine Original Illustrated Panel 3: "The Lighter Side of Graduation" by 50 Year Veteran of MAD, Dave Berg (1920-2002) Beloved American illustrator and cartoonist known for his celebrated career at MAD magazine after contributing to several comic books in the 1940s including two years with Stan Lee at Timely Comics (now known as Marvel Comics.) Berg contributed to Mad for 46 years beginning in 1957 until his death, appearing in 368 issues. Single panel, 24½ x 18½", with two funny strips: Top panel has superstar jock, Brad Rimshot, signing a classmate's yearbook even though he has no idea who she is. Second panel is a college senior being helped on chemistry worrying about flunking and not graduating because the class doesn't play music. Excellent condition singed Berg, 1977 Page 1.
