22 Vintage Original Illustrated Single Panel Humorous Cartoons (Most On Boards) Including Ted Sally, Drucker, Bruce Day and more. Fun collection of original illustrations for single panel cartoons. 1.) Five original illustrated panels on board by Ted Sally for his Generation Flap cartoons from the Late 60s-70s frequently targeting "hippies". Four have example of panels as the appeared in newspaper on verso. 2.) A color illustration of a man on a bus claiming destiny brought them togerther. Signed Drucker, but not entirely sure Mort Drucker but fantastic art none the less.) Hilarious 1960s era pen and ink drawing by Bruce Day of taking a bit too much off the top. Large panel 11 x 15" and illustrated on Strathmore paper 2.) Clearly early, a color panel in gouache and colors of a man trying to get a patent on clearly a faulty item, signed by artist at lower right. 9 x 7" 2.) 3.) Nicely illustrated panel by Gerry Moore, where a father is in for a big surprise with the arrival of quadruplets 15 x 10. 4.) Three mid-Century illustrations by popular illustrator Barritt, very much in the style and gentle humor of the time; two women golfing one having beaned a male player, likely her husband with a golf ball, another a chimp being turned down for a loan to build a tree house and two armored car drivers realizing they have been robbed by a can opener. 7x 7" to 8 x 5" 5.) Charming and very colorful watercolor and gouache of a "baby" matador and dad playing the bull with horns tied onto his head by artist/illustrator, Vindioala. This may also have been used for a greeting card. 12 x 9". 6.) Two hand drawn sketches from the early 60s that may have been illustrated for personal friends. 12 x 9" Each one very suitable for display. 7.) Two illustrated sheets, each with two panels by an artist named Mills (with windmill drawn above name) One for "Shelock Homes" and the other "The Pirates of Pinpants".
