From February 1988 by Marvel, Amazing Spider-Man Issue #297 I'll Take Manhattan!" Part 2 of 2. Script by David Michelinie. Pencils by Alex Saviuk. Inks by Vince Colletta. Cover by Alex Saviuk and Jack Abel. Two original panels with one featuring a thrilling fight between Doc Ock and Spider-Man with the lower right panel almost mirroring the cover. The second is Spider-Man assessing the fight, possibly that people might think less of him and realizes he can "take yourself a bow, Peter Parker….I think you just became an adult". Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9¾ x 15". Minor age toning with some whiteout corrections and the second panel having a light brown adhesive stain in lower right corner, otherwise quite fine. Estimated Value $800 - UP
