Menefee enjoyed over 30+ years of experience as a award-winning costume designer; his work has appeared in various beauty pageants, variety shows, television specials, Oscar, Emmy, and Golden Globe ceremonies but most notably his costumes for Cher, Kiss, Motown and Vegas Showgirls. Here is a Menefee design for singer superstar Michael Jackson, his favored military style design and beaded glove at the time.
