First edition 1st printing in first issue dust jacket with $3.50 price intact on flap. The 1950 date is on both the copyright page and the title page. Condition: Dust jacket in fair condition, paper-backed with trim along entire width of bottom, and evidence of rough handling and staining on verso, and crude areas of restoration, nevertheless present. The book, though, is in very good condition, with tan cloth covered boards showing very slight discoloration but otherwise clean, the copper color typeface and yellow geometric designs solid on cover and spine. Pages are clean, no marks, and without book plate. Estimated Value $750 - UP
