1828. Curl base, no knob 2. Overton-102, Rarity 2. PCGS graded MS-60. Nicely toned on both sides with lilac gray and gold over lustrous fields. The strike is sharp on the curls and stars, well matched on the eagle. Free of any deep hits or distracting handling marks, despite the modest grade. An appealing example for the type or variety collector. Pop 1; 3 finer at PCGS for the variety, 1 in 63, 1 in64, 1 in 65. (PCGS # 39755) Estimated Value $1,400 - 1,500
