Lot 637

1825. Overton-111, Rarity 3. PCGS graded MS-64. CAC. PQ. Nicely toned with fiery russet gold and rose hues and well struck. The surfaces are especially clean and attractive, and Liberty's curls and dress clasp are boldly struck. A slight double profile is noted, as commonly seen in this era on these half dollars and other coins. A simply glorious example for the specialist or type collector. Pop 2; only 1 graded higher in 65 at PCGS for the variety. (PCGS # 39658) Estimated Value $3,700 - 3,800

Realized $2,640
