1825 N-8 R3 PCGS graded AU50, CAC Approved. Choice glossy medium brown and light chocolate with lighter brown and tan in protected areas on the reverse. Mint frost shows in the protected areas and this cent has outstanding eye appeal. Just a few trivial contact marks from flawless including a light diagonal tick between stars 7 & 8 that can help identify this cent. MDS with a fine die crack through star 6 to the tip of the coronet and minor crumbling in the dentils from star 11.5 to star 12.5. Our grade is EF40+. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 8 finer: 1 in 53, 2 in 55, 1 in 58, 1 in 63, 2 in 64, 1 in 66. PCGS #36802. Estimated Value $500 - UP
