1793 S-8 R3 Wreath Cent PCGS graded VF30, CAC Approved. Beautiful glossy light olive brown and chocolate with a few peeps of lighter brown toning in a couple of the protected places. The surfaces are smooth and the only mark worthy of mention is a rim nick over the second S in STATES. Evenly struck on a flawless planchet. MDS with a bisecting diagonal crack and wave across the reverse, strongest within the wreath. The date and legends are strong and this cent has outstanding eye appeal for a mid-grade 1793 Wreath Cent. Our grade is VF25. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; 19 finer. PCGS #35456. Estimated Value $7,000 - UP
From the Bob Willoughby Collection.
