1831 N-6 R1 Large Letters NGC graded MS62 Brown. Frosty light chocolate brown with satiny light steel brown and tan toning in the fields and protected areas. A spot of darker toning on the upper half of the U in UNITED is the only mark. Looks mint state but there is a hint of rub on the highest points of the devices. M-LDS. A low spot (caused by debris on the die) left a depression at CE in CENT that nearly obliterated those two letters. Our grade is AU55. The attribution and Mervis Collection provenance are noted on the NGC label. Estimated Value $500 - UP
