Lot 1428

1875-CC. PCGS graded MS-62+. CAC. PQ. Frosty, untoned and boldly struck. The surfaces are quite pleasing for this scarce and popular Carson City issue. Notice just a few thin nicks and bagmarks when closely examined. One mentioned for identification is a shallow nick on the bridge of her nose. The open fields are really fresh and clean, with strong luster and minimal signs of handling. A powerful example of this ever popular Carson City issue, and about as nice as most collectors could hope to find with so much visual appeal. Pop 10; 32 finer, 31 in 63, 1 in 64. (PCGS # 8974) Estimated Value $18,000 - UP
