1837 N-12 R3 Beaded Hair Cord PCGS graded MS62 Red & Brown. The "Accessory E" variety. Frosty light olive and steel brown with about 15% of the planchet showing mint red. Satiny mint luster covers this cent and the eye appeal is excellent. The only notable marks are a diagonal nick close off the tip of the nose and a spot of darker toning (not carbon) over star 5. MDS with microscopic die flowlines in the fields. The "Accessory E" punched into the wreath under the E in AMERICA is clear. A nice example of this popular variety. Our grade is MS62.
