1867. PCGS graded Proof 65. Lovely rich blue toning on both sides which blazes forth in glorious hues when examined under a light source. The surfaces are especially clean, even moreso than one might expect for a gem. Liberty's hair and skirt lines are all crisply defined by the dies, and care was taken in producing this amazing gem proof, and even more care was taken in its long and careful preservation. The With Motto type Liberty Seated dollars all bring about the same price as type collectors are the main source of demand, but this one is certainly high on the list of gems with great toning.
