1854-O. Arrows. PCGS graded MS-65. CAC. PQ. Lovely deep blue and russet-golden toning on both sides with hints of mint fresh luster beneath. Among the finest known of this seemingly common date, but this is a condition rarity in any grade even approaching this level. The Philadelphia issue is far more available.
