1856 N-10 R1 Upright 5 PCGS graded MS63 Red & Brown. Frosty mint red fading to steel brown on the devices with more than a third of the planchet showing mint red. There is a swipe of bluish steel toning in the field before the forehead, a pair of ticks on the eyebrow, and a small scratch well hidden at the dentil tips over TED in UNITED. MDS, die state b. Our grade is MS60+. The attribution and Matthews Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 3 finer: 1 in 64, 2 in 65. Value $350 - UP
