1850 N-15 R1 PCGS graded MS65+ Brown, CAC Approved. Lustrous light bluish steel brown with traces of mint red on the obverse and half the reverse showing mellowed mint color. Satiny mint frost covers this cent and the eye appeal is outstanding. The only marks are two tiny specks of darker toning in the field before the nose. E-MDS, die state a, with vertical die lines from the dentils at stars 5 & 6. Our grade is MS63. The attribution and Matthews Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.
