1841 N-5 R3 PCGS graded AU58. Frosty medium brown and light chocolate. Very attractive with just a hint of rub on the devices. The only notable marks are a tiny rim nick at star 6, a thin planchet lamination through the bottom of the first A in AMERICA, and a small spot of carbon on the right top of the O in ONE. LDS, die state d, with die cracks on both sides. Our grade is AU50. The attribution and Matthews Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; 3 finer: 2 in 63, 1 in 64+. Value $300 - UP
