1822 N-4 R2. PCGS graded AU-55. Attractive glossy medium brown and light chocolate with frosty tan in protected areas on the obverse. No spots or roughness. The only notable marks are two small nicks on the jawline, a thin nick under the right side of star 3, and two tiny scratches at the dentils under star 11. EDS with smooth reflective fields and no die crack from the bust tip. Our grade is EF45. A very nice cent that comes with an equally nice provenance. The attribution and Widok Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; 8 finer. (PCGS # 36721) Value $500 - UP
