1821 N-1 R1. PCGS graded AU-55+. Frosty tan and light brown with slightly darker steel brown toning on the highpoints. The surfaces are smooth and the eye appeal is excellent, but there are a few small contact marks. The notable ones are two nicks in the field before the front edge of the coronet, a small nick in the field before the neck, and a nick just left of the O in ONE. Nicely struck E-MDS with minor crumbling in the dentils at stars 6-7 and fine die cracks on the reverse. Our grade is EF40. The attribution and Widok Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 4 finer: 3 in 58, 1 in 58+. (PCGS # 36706) Value $2,500 - UP
