1795 C-4 R3 Punctuated Date VG10+. Sharpness F15 with smooth, attractive surfaces but there are some light contact marks scattered over the obverse. None of these marks is significant but there are too many to ignore. There are many fine hairline scratches in the field before the portrait, a diagonal scratch in the field left of the date, and a small rim nick right of the fraction. Glossy light to medium brown with a puff of slightly darker brown toning over the E in STATES. MDS, Manley state 2.0, with a bulge in the field before the portrait and the usual weakness inside the wreath. Otherwise the legends are strong and the date is bold. Value $750 - UP
