1794 C-6a R5+ Small Edge Letters Fair-2. Tan and light brown with olive toning in protected areas. The surfaces are covered with uniform microscopic granularity and I suspect this piece was lightly cleaned. No verdigris and the only marks are a light but obvious scratch from the bottom of the cap into the field right of the date and a few small rim nicks at S OF. The date is easily readable and more than half the legends remain readable, although none are clear. The reverse is rotated 20 degrees clockwise. Value $400 - UP
