From the personal property of Flight Crew Operations, Donald "Deke" Slayton (1924-1993), who was responsible for making crew assignments, and determined which astronauts would fly on the Gemini and Apollo missions. Here his vintage original Gemini Mission Control Center badge with name "SLAYTON, D. K." Labeled "1" and measures 3¾ x 2¾ with clip on verso. Badge is excellent condition with just the slightest age discoloration and edge wear.
