Norman Rockwell. Suite of 15 Signed Color Prints of Saturday Evening Post Covers And Folio. A superb collection of large, individually hand-signed prints from Norman Rockwell, very seldom found complete. Fifteen (15) fine large color prints 24¾ x 19", printed on premium heavy stock paper in Japan, each boldly signed in black marker by Rockwell in the lower right corner. Arguably these are the very best Rockwell covers from the Saturday Evening Post from the Mid-1940s to Mid-1950s. Included are "Marriage License," "The Truth About Santa," "The Runaway," "The Art Critic," "Homecoming," "Only Skin Deep," "No Swimming," "Road Block," "Shuffleton's Barber Shop," "Family Tree," "Weighing In," "Tough Call," "Tired But Happy," "Before and After," and "Walking to Church." Folio also has a fine introduction by Thomas S. Buechner, former Director of the Brooklyn Academy of Art, all housed in a heavy stock, simulated wood-grain folio and contained in original mailing carton from Harry Abrams Publishers, New York.
