Peter Max. Blushing Beauty (Limited Edition 88/300). (Born 1937) One of the most recognized and popular artists of the 20th Century. His works, along with Warhol ushered in the pop art movement that exploded in the 1960s and continues to this day. From one of his more popular series that depict a brightly painted woman with flowers in her hair, this large lithograph sums up Max's appeal. Bold colors, the face created from simple bold strokes, the flowers incredibly vivid. Lower left corner has blind embossed "Peter Max 1991" emblem and numbered 88/300. Lithograph measures 40 x 30 and framed to 51 x 41. For those not interested in the frame, let us know and we can remove lithograph and ship rolled (if possible) if not shipped flat.
