Michel Delacroix. Souvenirs de Paris (Limited Edition of 3 Lithos, 40/500 and Artist's Book). (born 1933) Extremely popular French artist in the Naïf tradition, rendering with colors and a charming simplicity the boulevards and street corners of Paris. From 1987, Delacroix created a triptych collectively known as the Souvenirs de Paris, issued by Lublin Graphics Publishers, Greenwich, Connecticut and printed by Art Litho in Paris on Arches paper. Each lithograph has been hand signed in pencil by the artist in lower right corners and the edition of 40/500 on all three. The triptych has been beautifully matted and framed horizontally, with each lithograph complimenting the next, creating a wide-screen effect. On verso the original folio and COA from the Newbury Gallery in Boston. Each lithograph measures 11 x 15", expertly matted and framed to 19 x 54". In excellent condition. Triptych comes with signed and numbered deluxe limited edition book 60/500 signed and numbered by Delacroix, then on the title page additionally inscribed and signed by Delacroix.
