(born 1964) Popular artist of Northern California Kevin Courter is known for his moody, tonalist landscapes capturing the diffuse light, neutral tones and hint of mist that one so frequently sees in this gorgeous area. Oil on panel signed, dated and titled on the back of panel in silver ink. In mint condition panel is 12 x 10" and framed to 16½ x 14½", this is a lovely example of his work. Estimated Value $400 - UP
