North West Arabia. Silver Tetradrachm (16.38 g), 4th century BC. Imitating Athens. Helmeted head of Athena right, frontal eye; on cheek, banker's mark: Semitic letter 'k' (?) within square incuse. Reverse: AΘE, owl standing right, head facing; above to left, olive-spray with berry and crescent; all within incuse square. CCK p. 232; cf. Shoshana 20001. Test cut on reverse. Very Fine.
