1857-D. PCGS graded AU-58. CAC. Nicely struck in light greenish color gold and plenty of mint luster still presenting. There are a few old nicks here and there, with a few noted in the fields. Bold and attractive for this late issue Dahlonega Mint gold coin, where the mintages started to tail off, and survivors in high grade dwindle down. This one is quite attractive. Only 17,046 struck.
