Lot 109

1825 N-2 R2 NGC graded AU58, CAC Approved. Very attractive frosty medium brown and light chocolate with lighter golden steel brown faded down from mint color in protected areas. The only notable marks are a dull nick or tiny scratch on the bust tip, a spot of darker toning (not carbon) inside the A in STATES, and a thin diagonal nick over the right side of the N in CENT. M-LDS with very fine die cracks on both sides but no crumbling on the obverse rim. Our grade is AU50. The attribution and Eric Newman provenance are noted on the special NGC label.
