Meir, Golda and Menachem Begin. Golda Meir (1898-1978) was the 4th Prime Minister of Israel. Book signed and inscribed "To Prof. Arnold Krammer with appreciation for your work. Golda Meir. Feb. 1, 1976." The book is My Life (New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 480 pages), Meir's autobiography. With a typed letter signed, one page, on personal letterhead, 8¼ x 5½", Ramat-Aviv, Feb. 2, 1976, thanking Prof. Krammer for his book, which she is "enxiously [sic] expecting to read soon."
Menachem Begin (1913-1992) 6th Prime Minister of Israel. Two books signed and inscribed to Prof. Krammer. The first: White Nights. The Story of a Prisoner in Russia. (New York: Harper & Row, 250 pages), " To Dr. Arnold Krammer - M. Begin," no date but with an engraved page, "With the compliments of the Prime Minister." The second book is The Revolt. The Dramatic Story of the Irgun (Los Angeles: Nash Publishing, 1972, 386 pages). Inscribed: "To Professor Arnold Krammer this book is dedicated with my best wishes for success in his scientific work.
