1908-1920, Extensive Washington-Franklin Mint Collection, 210+ Stamps. More than 210 stamps and coil pairs (some are line pairs) with only 2 used stamps all in mounts on Scott Specialty pages with values to $5 and with some stamps in the wrong places. Many better mint including #331-42 (341 with clean 1984 PF cert), 4 Bluish papers, 374-82, 414-21, 422-23, 424-440, 456 pair (clean 1992 PF cert, centered to right), 475-78 (no 476A), 467, 500 NH (off center), 505 and more. An "x" near a stamp indicates that it was not counted. A few regumed, mixture of centering and problematic coils have been taken into account in the estimate. Fresh colors, overwhelmingly OG with some NH. Huge cat value. Generally fine or better. Examine for full appreciation. Estimate Value $3,300 - UP
