15¢ Yellow Orange, Double Paper Mint, RARE, P.F. Cert. Scott 163b. Fresh stamp with OG. This is the only mint example in the PF archives with only one used example in the archives as well. Cert notes that the stamp bears a crease and small tear at top. The mint stamp may well be UNIQUE. Only used is valued in Scott ($1250) while mint is blank (not even a dash).
