1912-D. Mint Error, Broadstruck. PCGS graded VF-30. A fairly dramatic mint error which is clearly about 10 percent off center and broadstruck. What makes this so desirable is the Denver Mintmark on this first branch mint nickel and copper coin. Clearly the initial production of these 1912-D nickels did not go quite as planned wtih this particular coin. An eye catching mint error (PCGS # 3874) Estimate Value $500 - 550
