1855. PCGS graded MS-61. Boldly struck, lustrous and lightly toned. This one has the desirable slanted 55 that Longacre imparted to most of the coins of 1855. This was a most artistic advance, first tested in 1854, where some of the 5s were slanted. Clean surfaces and a handsome example of this Philadelphia issue. Pop 16; 11 finer at PCGS.
