1851. NGC graded MS-62. Well struck with nice even toning. Nice for the grade with attractive medium gold surfaces and abundant luster. The strike is sharp, and the surfaces are attractive for the grade. Early No Motto $5 gold pieces in Mint State from the 1850s are downright scarce. Pop 18; 16 finer at NGC.
