The obverse has the Standard Silver design of Liberty Seated facing left (Barber's design), with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA surrounding and the date below. The reverse has an open cereal wreath within which is 10 CENTS in two lines. A pleasing example of this scarce and desirable issue. Pop 5; 1 finer in 67+ BN.
