1881 Shield Nickel. PCGS graded MS-64. One of the rare dates from this popular series, only 72,375 were coined in all, and this is certainly one of the finest to survive. PCGS notes just 19 graded as such, with 43 graded higher (best MS-67). Bright and lustrous, with problem free surfaces.
