1889-CC Morgan Dollar. Sharpness of MS-60 but polished and buffed on Liberty's cheek. This coin was polished on the cheek in order to remove bagmarks, and perhaps in the surrounding fields too. One for the budget minded collector who wants to put this in an album, as it won't be graded by the major grading services in its current state. Satiny white in color, and a coin that should be inspected by prospective buyers. This is one of the key dates to the Morgan silver dollar series, and this one would be acceptable to some collectors.
