Galba, 68-69 AD. AE Dupondius, struck 68 AD; and a Denarius of Otho, 69 AD. Galba: Bare head right / Libertas left, holding pileus and rod. RIC 366. Also, Otho: Bare head right / Securitas standing left, holding wreath and scepter. RIC 10; C. 19. Galba, with pleasing dark coppery-black patina; light roughness to fields. Otho on usual tight flan; very light russet toning. Lot of 2 coins. Galba, nice Fine to Very Fine; Otho, Very Good, the obverse better.
