Claudius, 41-54 AD. AR Denarius, Lugdunum mint, struck 46-47 AD. Choice and scarce. Laureate head of Claudius right. Reverse: Constantia seated left on curule chair. RIC 32; BMCRE 31. Perfectly centered on nice round flan, with choice early portrait. Slight "peacock" toning in vivid reds and blues. Very Fine plus.
