1937 Antietam Half Dollar. The paper holder grades Very Fine or better. In pretty red ink someone has noted "Rec'd 9/28/37- cost 1.65". The committee names are on the front of the holder and few of these are seen anymore, most having been discarded as they wore out or were lost during countless moves. The holder appears to have been used for just one single coin, although it could hold up to five coins.
