1793 S-9 R2 Wreath Cent, Vine & Bars Edge ANACS graded F12 Details Damaged. Glossy light to medium brown blending to light chocolate in protected areas. The planchet is free of corrosion or verdigris and the color is quite attractive, but there are several notable contact marks. A half dozen rim bruises show on the obverse, a few more are visible on the reverse, and a collection of dull digs or dents are located in the center of the reverse. The date is complete and easily readable although the bottom of the 3 is just starting to fade into the rim below, and the legends are clear except for portions of the ON in ONE and EN in CENT thanks to the dents in that area.
