1855. PCGS graded Proof 65. Boldly struck with lovely golden toning on both sides. Only 25 struck with 15 to 20 examples estimated to have survived according to PCGS Pop Report. This example is clearly one of the finest seen, and certainly one of the most attractive. Its importance is further enhanced by the fact that the With Arrows dimes are needed by type collectors, and with so few proofs issued, this is a real treasure destined for a specialized collection.
